| The Hampstead PTA is now the Hampstead
PTSA! That's right - students in grades 5
through 8 are now welcomed and encouraged to join!
Middle-schoolers - help us make this transition to a PTSA by joining
and becoming an active member. We have plenty of volunteer
opportunities just for you from updating the PTSA bulletin boards at
the schools to helping out at future PTSA events. And parents - you can help by bringing your
middle-schooler to the next General
Membership Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 9th, at 7pm in the HMS
library. See you there!

those Box
Tops!

The PTSA would like to thank
everybody for continuing to make the Box Tops program extremely successful. $2,225 was been raised during the 09/10 school
year - $600 more than what was received last year! Over 22,000 of those little pink squares were collected at the Central
School, Middle School, the Hampstead Library and Curves.
A contest at the Central School
just wrapped up with 25 winners receiving a free ice cream cone courtesy of
Moo's. Keep clipping those Box Tops over the summer as more collections and fun
contests will be held for the 2010/2011 school year.
Want to help the school earn even more money? Simply go to www.BTFE.com and register which
will earn our school FIVE bonus box tops.
And don't forget to shop at your favorite online stores through the Box

| As part of Staff Appreciation Week in 2009, the committee in
charge put
together a cookbook for the staff at both schools. Many thanks

several disbursement cycles throughout the year. Would you
like to request PTSA funding for an item or event?

Request Form and turn it in to your principal as soon as
