Enrichment Class Policies & Procedures


To register your child for the class go online to the following link www.hampsteadptsa.org/programs/enrichment to fill out the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Once the class is full no more registration will be accepted. We will have a waiting list for all classes to please click on “WAIT LIST” to be added. After you have registered please send the check into the Hampstead Central School in a marked envelope “Hampstead Enrichment Class.” If you do not send the money in after two day we will contact you for the payment. If we still do not receive it, we will remove your child from the class. There will not be any refunds rewarded for classes once you have signed up. Classes will be closed once they reach the maximum number of students. Confirmations will be sent out as soon as we receive the payments.

Pickup from afternoon classes

Parents must come to the class location to pick their children up. Children will not be allowed to leave the school or meet you outside. If you would like to carpool, on your child’s registration form you may list people who are authorized to pick up your child. If you need to designate someone else to pick up your child for a special situation please send a note into the instructor. You are expected to pick up your child on time.

Weekly Notes

You must send a note for your child to attend a PTSA class after school. You may send it on Monday for a class later in the week or on the day of the class. Note can be emailed to bolenm@hampsteadschools.net or sent to school.

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given due to weather conditions or cancellations by an instructor. Taking that into consideration, please review your schedule carefully prior to signing your child up for a class. We would like attendance to run as smoothly as possible to be considerate of our instructors’ and organizer’s time - ideally, each child will attend the class they sign up for unless they are ill or there is a family emergency. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

Missed Classes

Every effort will be made to reschedule classed missed due to school closure or instructor issues. If a class cannot be rescheduled we will not be able to issue refunds for missed classes. We do not have make up classes for the days your child misses if the class is offered.

Student Conduct

Students are required to follow the same guidelines they follow during the school day at the Hampstead Central School. Disrespectful, disruptive or destructive behavior may result in a child’s removal form the program without refund.
