Hampstead PTSA/NJHS Color Fun Run 

Save the Date! The Hampstead PTSA in connection with the HMS National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) will be hosting the first-ever Hampstead Color Fun Run on Saturday, May 12th at Hampstead Middle School.  This event is for HCS/HMS students, families and surrounding communities – it will consist of a color 5K and 1 mile fun run.  Younger children and walkers may part take in the 1 mile "fun run." 
There will be food and activities such as face painting, a photo booth, and plenty of color!  Details to follow.

Annual Cut-A-Thon - Save the Date! 

In order to make the most beautiful, realistic and durable wigs, donated hair must meet the following requirements:
• Donated hair must be a minimum of 8 inches long (measured from just above the elastic band of the ponytail to the ends).
• If donating wavy/curly hair, you may straighten it before measuring.
• Hair should be freshly washed and completely dry, without any styling products.
• Hair may be colored with vegetable dyes, rinses and semi-permanent dyes; it cannot be bleached, permanently colored or chemically treated.
• Hair may not be more than 5 percent gray

PTSA Reflections Art Program 2018 Celebration - Results

The NH PTA recently announced the winners at state level for Reflections. The following students from Hampstead placed at the NH State Level Competition and will be recognized during the event on Friday, March 9th at Gilbert H. Hood Middle School (snow date).

Outstanding Interpretation Award: An expense-paid trip for awardee and chaperone to showcase work on stage at the National PTA Awards and Reflections Celebration; $800 Young Artist Scholarship; Gold Medal; Certificate of Outstanding Interpretation; Work featured in the traveling exhibition; $200 Prize for Local PTA Unit.

The more family involvement we have, the more successful we will be. Plus, your kids will love seeing you around school - we promise! Our meetings for the 2017/2018 school year are held once a month at 7pm in the Hampstead Middle School Library.

When you sign up on Paypal, at checkout you will be asked for your email, and a mailing address for our records. If you're purchasing multiple memberships or need to receive your card another way, please fill out the "Additional Members / Instructions" optional field at checkout. If you'd like to add a donation, please "Continue Shopping," then navigate to the "Donate" tab.

*Note: When you make a membership payment, there is a non-refundable convenience transaction added in to the amount (2.9% & $.30) fee when using a credit card when submitting membership payments online. After you subscribe with Paypal, please log in to PayPal and delete the automatic annual renewal payment option. If not, you will be charged annually.

If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please make the check payable to Hampstead PTSA. You will just need to fill out the membership form and turn it in along with your payment to your child's classroom. (Please put in an envelope marked "PTSA Membership.")
