2019 Hampstead PTSA Color Fun Run - June 1, 2019

Registration is underway for the 2nd Annual Hampstead PTSA Color Fun Run, presented by RE/MAX Main Street Associates and Core Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine.  You do not want to miss this event! The date is June 1st, 9am – 12pm at Hampstead Middle School. Register online at:

or send back the form that was recently sent home in an envelope marked “Hampstead PTSA Color Run.”  Sign up by May 12th to receive a T-shirt and color packet included with your registration!  All proceeds received from our generous sponsors and registrations will directly support programs and activities that benefit the students and staff at HCS and HMS.  

Volunteers are needed to help run this event!  If you can help, please contact the Color Run Committee at colorrun@hampsteadptsa.org.  Thank you to our Color Run Committee for their hard work in making this event possible. It is sure to be a fun, colorful day!

Spring Enrichment Classes

Our Spring Enrichment Classes are in full swing.   If you have signed up your child for any classes, please be sure to read the email that Jenn Abbott sent you regarding the PTSA Enrichment policies, including our new behavior policy.  Thank you to Jenn and Adam Israel for organizing a diverse group of classes for our kids.   If you have any questions, please email Jenn at enrichment@hampsteadptsa.org.  


Staff Appreciation Week: May 6-10, 2019

Staff Appreciation Week is a time where we like to recognize our teachers and staff for all the hard work and dedication they provide every day.  We have organized activities throughout the week to show our gratitude for all they do throughout the year. We need YOUR help to make this event successful.  Be on the lookout for emails and Facebook posts with links to sign up and get involved!  Thank you for helping us make this week special for all our talented staff members.  Students have been asked to fill out special notes for staff members (“Thanks for Making Me a Smart Cookie”).  Please send these back by May 1st in an envelope marked "PTSA Staff Appreciation - Attn: Candice DeAngelis.” Extra forms can be downloaded here:

The PTSA would like to honor our volunteers who consistently go the extra mile for our organization and the Hampstead schools and community.  We truly appreciate everything you do and we are lucky to have such awesome volunteers!  Congratulations to the following volunteers:


January 2019 - BETH CAMERON

Beth has continuously been at general membership meetings every month for years, always willing to help and offer feedback when needed.  She is always the first one to help with various PTSA projects and events, and always offers valuable advice and ideas. She has assisted this organization with her talents with web development and also has recently started planning enrichment classes for HMS.  We thank you, Beth, for all of your dedication to the PTSA!


February 2019 - CANDICE DEANGELIS

Candice is always the first one to volunteer for any committee or event.  She has been an integral part in several programs/events over the years, such as Staff Appreciation Week, HCS Halloween Party, NH PTA Reflections Art Competition, and the Color Fun Run.  If there is a major event happening, you will see Candice there helping in any way she can - and feeding everyone her yummy desserts. We are grateful for everything you do, Candice - thank you!


March 2019 - ELLEN CABRAL

Ellen has taken on the role as co-chair for one of PTSA’s biggest events, the HCS Halloween Party, for the past 4 years.  This event continues to grow each year, and Ellen has played an important part in making it better each year. She continuously donates her time to other PTSA programs, events and meetings, and her excellent organizational skills have helped the group immensely.  Thank you for all the hard work and time you have dedicated to the PTSA, Ellen!

The Hampstead PTSA Membership welcomes Parents, Guardians, Teachers, Staff, Family, Alumni and PTSA HMS students!

If you would like submit payment online please check out using the PayPal button below. After selecting your initial membership, there is an option to continue shopping that will allow you to sign up for additional memberships in one transaction. Once payment has been made please fill out the membership form and turn it in to your child's classroom or email a scanned copy to treasurer@hampsteadptsa.org.

If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please make the check payable to Hampstead PTSA. You will just need to fill out the membership form and turn it in along with your payment to your child's classroom. (Please put in an envelope marked "PTSA Membership.")

We also invite you to please attend a meeting and consider serving as a volunteer for and/or attend a PTSA event. This is your PTSA! The more family involvement we have, the more successful we will be. Plus, your kids will love seeing you around school - we promise! Our meetings for the school year are held once a month at 7pm in the Hampstead Middle School Library.
